- Identification of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple works are covered, provide a representative list.
- Identification of the material that you claim is infringing and that you want removed or disabled. Include the exact URL on our site and enough information to help us locate the material.

- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature. You may type your full legal name as an electronic signature.
We will review properly completed notices and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the material.
What happens after we receive a valid notice

How to submit a counter notice
If your content was removed and you believe it was taken down by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice to our Designated Agent. Your counter notice must include all of the items below.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location where the material appeared before it was removed.
- Your contact information, including your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or an agent of that person.
- Your physical or electronic signature. You may type your full legal name as an electronic signature.
When we receive a valid counter notice, we may restore the material unless the original claimant informs us that they have filed a court action to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
Repeat infringer policy
We may restrict or terminate access for users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others. The decision takes into account the number of notices received, the nature of the material, and any counter notices.
Misuse of the process
Submitting false or bad faith notices or counter notices can have legal consequences. Please file only if you are certain of your claim.
